3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
3.2 A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the service date. The remaining balance must be paid as outlined in the service agreement.
3.3 Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other methods agreed upon during booking.
3.4 Failure to pay the agreed amount may result in the cancellation of services or legal action.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule services by notifying the Company at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date.
4.2 Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service date may incur a cancellation fee.
4.3 Rescheduling is subject to availability, and additional charges may apply if the new service date incurs higher costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property on the scheduled moving date.
5.2 Clients must provide a complete and accurate inventory of items to be moved or stored.
5.3 It is the Client’s responsibility to pack items securely unless packing services are included in the agreement.
5.4 Clients must ensure that all items to be moved or stored comply with local laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Miami Gardens Movers will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or government restrictions.
6.2 We are not liable for damages to items that were not packed by our team.
6.3 In the event of damage to property or items caused by our team, liability is limited to the replacement or repair cost of the damaged item.

7. Prohibited Items

7.1 The following items cannot be moved or stored by Miami Gardens Movers:

• Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, chemicals)
• Perishable goods
• Illegal items
• Valuables, such as cash, jewelry, and important documents (unless otherwise agreed)

7.2 Clients must notify the Company in advance if any special handling is required for fragile or unusual items.

8. Storage Services

8.1 Storage services are provided for the period specified in the service agreement.

9. Claims and Disputes
